Responsibilities include auditing training materials for alignment with approved outlines and LPC standards; tracking submissions and required documentation; maintaining QC records and digital documentation systems; coordinating with trainers, administrators, and city coordinators; attending selected training sessions for quality monitoring; preparing audit summaries, reports, and quality performance updates; ensuring compliance with LPC policies and documentation standards; and performing related administrative follow-ups.
