Job DescriptionDo you have excellent customer service skills? Do you want to be part of an IT Services (ITS) team that provides top-notch support and technical expertise for a growing company? If so, you may be the perfect fit to work on improving the client experience with Grant Street Group products.Grant Street Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide support to our clients for a variety of technology-related issues. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to client IT staff and GSG employees across the US, in the following areas:Managing hardware deployed at client locations: payment terminals, routers, servers, network devices, kiosks, etc.Improving the client experience with Grant Street Group products. This includes network optimization guidance, browser, and other technology assistance.Establishing relationships with the client’s IT staff to consult on hardware, software, and security.Supporting our employees with laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, and applications.Supporting our annual client conferences.Working closely with our product owners, business analysts, and system administrators.You will interact with customers and colleagues in person or by chat, help tickets, email, or phone. This position requires 20-30% travel to client locations, and working from home for the remainder of the time. This position is open to US-based applicants located in California.
