As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle — partnering with clients, managing candidates, and delivering hiring results. Responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand hiring needs, managing end-to-end recruitment (from sourcing to offer), identifying and engaging high-potential candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, conducting screening and interviews, driving interview processes and offer negotiations, building long-term client and candidate relationships, and tracking market trends to provide insights.
