At WPO, you will be joining a team that is committed to improving employee wellbeing around the world.Current Opportunity: EAP Clinical CounselorLocation: USOnsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote - Full-time position (40 hour per week)Salary: $50,000 for day shifts, $58,300 for night shifts, plus competitive benefits offeringYears of experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experienceShifts: We have a range of day, evening and overnight shifts available.What you will do:Our EAP Counselors engage with participants over the phone, video, chat & email all while demonstrating what we call: The Power of a Good Conversation – creating a connection with the client to ensure they feel heard, supported, and cared for.It’s difficult to describe an average day for our counselors, as each caller presents with a unique set of challenges, and it would be from your clinical conversation that would help each person navigate a way forward.
