Requirements and responsibilities


We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) communicator who enjoys helping homeowners, asks great questions, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced remote environment. Location Remote / Virtual Schedule - Part-time: 20 hours per week - Hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (CST) - Afternoon shift required Compensation TBD, depending on experience Role: We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Lead Manager to handle inbound and follow-up calls with warm real estate leads. No cold calling. You’ll gather seller and property details, manage follow-ups, and prepare qualified leads for the Acquisition Manager. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls (25–30/day) Conduct short discovery calls using a script Collect property & seller information Update CRM (ARI Simply) with accurate notes Follow up via calls, texts, and emails Requirements: Fluent in English & Spanish. Strong phone and communication skills. Experience in real estate or customer service/lead handling. Comfortable with scripts, CRM, and multitasking.
