UX researcher at Usaria

Requirements: - 2 to 3 years of experience as a UX researcher. - Verifiable experience in research execution (interviews, demographics, case studies, user co-creation sessions, usability tests, first click tests, card sorting, tree testing). - Experience in the execution of remote research techniques and knowledge of software and hardware for that purpose. - Verifiable experience in research results reports, journey maps, service blueprints y video highlights. - Experience in data-driven decision-making. - Experience in customer and stakeholder communication. - Experience in agile methodologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - You are expected to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English. Responsibilities: -Contribute to the selections of research methodologies and work plans according to available time frames, budget, and resources. - Production and presentation of research results to all company levels. - Advise our clients in decision-making from our research data and insights. - Control research budget Usaria is using Agile Recruitment for this process.
