We’re looking for a Telesales Executive (Female) to join our remote team and play an important role in connecting with our customers and driving sales.ROLETelesales Executive (Female)WHAT YOU’LL DOHandle outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.Understand customer needs and confidently communicate the benefits of Kass’s skincare range.Follow up with leads and work towards converting them into customers.Build meaningful conversations with customers through clear, persuasive, and engaging communication.Address customer questions and concerns with patience, empathy, and confidence.Maintain a strong sales-oriented approach while ensuring a positive customer experience.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR1–1.5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.An energetic, proactive, and self-motivated individual who is comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day.A customer-first approach with genuine empathy.Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.SKILLS YOU MUST HAVEExcellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English and Hindi.Confidence and clarity while communicating with customers over the phone.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving conversions.WHY KASS?At Kass, we’re building a premium skincare brand with a strong focus on product innovation, customer experience, and meaningful results.
