About the Role
Agents Only Technologies is seeking detail-oriented Malay Data Annotators with a background in healthcare or life sciences to join our Medicine Specialty Track.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated responses and analyze clinical, healthcare, and medical content in Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) and English. You will play a critical role in ensuring AI outputs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and domain compliance, using both standard Bahasa Malaysia and everyday Malaysian medical terminology/code-switching.
Key Responsibilities
Content Evaluation: Review and annotate medical, clinical, and healthcare content in Malay and English using detailed multilingual rubrics.
AI Output Assessment: Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, completeness, and adherence to medical standards and project guidelines.
Documentation & Analysis: Record findings, provide clear rationale for evaluations, and flag recurring errors or ambiguous clinical cases.
Quality Assurance: Perform thorough checks prior to submission to maintain consistent output quality and meet project metrics.
Qualifications
Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Healthcare, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field (degree certification may be required).
Language Skills: Professional fluency in Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) and working proficiency in English, with strong comprehension of Malaysian colloquial usage and code-switching in medical contexts.
Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, keen attention to detail, and sound clinical judgment.
Setup: Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
Preferred:
Background or practical experience in medical research, clinical healthcare, data annotation, translation, or content evaluation.
