We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Client Relations & Coordination Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their care journey. This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. You will play a key role in patient communication, appointment coordination, wellness outreach, and relationship management in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Relations & Patient Support: - Build and maintain positive relationships with patients. - Serve as the primary contact for patient questions and concerns. - Conduct wellness check-ins and follow-up calls. - Provide timely support and escalate concerns when needed. Scheduling & Coordination: - Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments. - Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications. - Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless patient care. Patient Engagement: - Maintain ongoing communication with active patients. - Conduct patient satisfaction and wellness outreach. - Encourage appointment attendance and treatment compliance. - Help identify opportunities to improve the patient experience. Administrative Support: - Maintain accurate records within CRM and EHR systems. - Document patient interactions and communications. - Assist with onboarding and patient follow-up processes. Qualifications: - Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. - Experience in healthcare, telehealth, behavioral health, customer service, or client support preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and patient communications. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
