Key Responsibilities:Design and configure AJO journeys, including entry conditions, branching logic, wait steps, and exit criteriaBuild and manage Email, SMS, Push, and In-App messaging journeysConfigure AEP event triggers, business events, and audience-based entry sourcesCreate message templates, personalization tokens, dynamic content, and content fragmentsSet up data sources, custom actions, REST APIs, and webhook integrationsMonitor journeys, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT, go-live, and post-launch stabilityRequired Experience:3-5 years in MarTech / digital marketing technologyHands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or MarketoStrong understanding of AEP profiles, event schemas, audience activation, and personalizationExperience with HTML/CSS, Expression Editor, REST APIs, and webhooksOperational mindset with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident-response experienceLocation: Remote - Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica
