Requirements and responsibilities


Requirements: Experience: - 5+ years in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or SaaS Consulting in a customer-facing technical role within enterprise software, CX, or contact center technology. - Track record supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in enterprise or mid-market segments. - Background in CX, CRM, or Conversational AI platforms (Genesys, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar). - Individual contributor ready to grow into a team-building role; LATAM market experience is a plus. Technical Skills: - Solid grasp of cloud/SaaS architectures, APIs, and system integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks). - Able to build and deliver compelling, customized demos and POCs. - Hands-on experience with CX/CRM platforms and familiarity with contact center technologies (IVR, omnichannel, routing) — preferred. - Experience with Conversational AI, NLP, chatbots, or voicebots — a plus. Soft Skills & Mindset: - Clear communicator across technical and executive audiences; strong storytelling and presentation skills. - Consultative, outcome-focused problem-solver who thrives in cross-functional environments. - Hands-on, ownership-driven, and comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced startup context. Responsibilities: Sales & Technical Engagement: - Drive the full presales cycle alongside the VP of Sales: discovery, tailored demos, solution design, POCs, and RFP/RFI responses. - Lead executive and technical presentations that connect customer pain points to platform capabilities. Technical Solutioning & Collaboration: - Serve as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, and Delivery — mapping tech stacks, defining integration requirements, and building ROI-backed business cases. - Feed structured customer and market insights back to Product and Engineering; contribute to shared demo assets and documentation. Regional Growth: - Establish presales processes and best practices for the LATAM region from the ground up, acting as Acclaim's local technical authority in Brazil.
