Our software helps dealerships streamline their operations, enhance their finance and insurance (F&I) processes, and drive profitability.Overview:We are seeking a highly analytical, business-minded Sr. Sales Operations Analyst/RevOps Analyst to help drive revenue performance across the organization.This role will be based in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations and serve as the primary analytics partner for sales leadership, account management, customer success, and executive leadership. The role will focus on pipeline analytics, pricing and contract performance, renewal and attrition trends, sales productivity, funnel conversion, and GTM reporting.The ideal candidate will help identify why performance is changing, where revenue risk exists, and where growth opportunities can be unlocked.The right candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.What You’ll Do:Revenue & Pipeline AnalyticsBuild and maintain pipelines, funnels, and forecast dashboardsAnalyze sales funnel conversion, stage leakage, sales cycle length, and pipeline coverageMonitor sales productivity metrics, including rep performance, win rates, average deal size, and activity trendsIdentify drivers of missed or exceeded revenue performanceSupport forecast accuracy by delivering pipeline and conversion insights to sales leadership and FP&A teamsPricing, Contracts & Renewal AnalyticsAnalyze pricing realization, discounting trends, and contract performanceTrack adoption of price increases and pricing effectiveness across customer segmentsMonitor bureau costs versus pricing performance and margin trendsSupport renewal forecasting, renewal pipeline tracking, and attrition risk analysisIdentify upselling, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the customer baseAnalyze RM and CSM book performance and customer profitabilityExecutive Reporting & KPI DevelopmentBuild and maintain executive dashboards for sales leadership, account management, and the executive team.Develop KPI scorecards for pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, pricing, and customer healthPartner with FP&A to ensure alignment between GTM metrics and financial reporting.Partner with Core Ops to integrate customer adoption, support, and retention metrics into revenue reportingHelp define and document KPIs and reporting standardsCRM, Data & Reporting InfrastructureEnsure CRM data quality and consistencyPartner with Sales Ops leadership on territory, quota, compensation, and account assignment reportingWork with Data/BI resources to improve reporting infrastructure, automate dashboards, and integrate dataSupport ad hoc analyses for executive leadership, board reporting, and strategic initiatives.Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements to systems, dashboards, and processesWhat You’ll Have:7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, FP&A, Consulting, or related fieldsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft DynamicsExperience with BI and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and LookerStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsExperience with SQL strongly preferredExperience analyzing pipeline, funnel conversion, forecasting, pricing, renewals, churn, and customer cohortsAbility to communicate complex data clearly to frontline teams and executive leadershipStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in SaaS, recurring revenue, data services, fintech, automotive, or multi-product businesses is preferredIdeal Candidate Will Have:Analytical and commercially mindedComfortable with challenging assumptions and identifying performance gapsStrong communicator capable of influencing without authority.Able to move fluidly between detailed analysis and executive-level summaries.Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and leadership teams.Naturally curious and proactive in identifying revenue risks and growth opportunities.What We Offer:Competitive base salaryUnlimited PTOComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Professional development opportunities and continuous training.A supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.Hiring Timeline:Culture Index SurveyRecruiter Phone ScreenHiring Manager IntervieCRO InterviewCFO InterviewOfferWe are an equal employment opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace
