Requirements and responsibilities


Job Summary: - We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. - The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-friendly interfaces and seamless user journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing. - Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. - Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams. - Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines. - Iterate designs based on feedback and data insights. - Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design (portfolio required). - Proficiency in design tools: - Figma (preferred). - Sketch. - Adobe XD. - Strong understanding of: - User-centered design principles. - Responsive and mobile-first design. - Usability and accessibility (WCAG basics). - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend concepts. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, Proto.io). - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Knowledge of UX research methods and A/B testing. - Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar). Key Deliverables: - Wireframes and UI mockups. - Interactive prototypes. - Design systems / style guides. - User journey maps and personas. - Usability testing reports.
