And in Typescript, using Node.js and Express.Lead an experienced team of payments engineers, overseeing all aspects of SDLC, including authoring and reviewing contributions.Own your products and services vertically, from ideation to production.Leverage automation to manage infrastructure, testing, deploying, and monitoring.Work on a highly regulated and compliance-heavy environment, while still capable of being disruptive and innovative.Be part of a diverse yet like-minded group of people, caring for your customers and for delivering high value efficiently.Who you are:Minimum 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact products. Plus, at least 5 years of experience in software development. Preferably in the fintech and/or payments space.Capacity to collaborate with your product manager and deliver your roadmap and manage your stakeholders.A pragmatic understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC tooling, and effective communication practices.Embracing a data-driven form of product management, and an obsession for KPIs, performance, and observability.Technical Skills:Proficiency with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Couchbase) databases.Being versed with the AWS toolset (EKS, Fargate, API GW, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Kinesis/MFK, etc) and capable of describing infrastructure using IaC technologies (AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation)About MoneyGramMoneyGram International, Inc. is a global financial technology leader, empowering consumers and businesses to send and manage money across over 200 countries and territories.
