Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.Validate customer profile unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and calculated insights within Data Cloud.Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce ecosystems.Test Agentforce capabilities including AI agents, prompts, conversational workflows, recommendations, and automation.Validate data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems into Data Cloud.Perform API testing using Postman and validate integrations with external applications.Create and maintain test scenarios, test data, and defect reports.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners.Required SkillsStrong experience in Salesforce QA and CRM testing.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).Experience testing Agentforce, Einstein AI, Copilot, or Generative AI capabilities within Salesforce.Knowledge of Customer 360, Identity Resolution, Data Streams, Segments, and Calculated Insights.Experience with API testing using Postman, REST APIs, and JSON.Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Security.Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration Testing.Proficiency in defect management tools such as JIRA.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
