About the Role: We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency operating in two high-growth industries: medical aesthetics/med spas and home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.). We are looking for a driven, articulate, and self-managed sales professional to join our team and help us grow our client base across the United States. This is a full-cycle sales role. You will prospect, follow up, nurture, and close. If you have only handled warm inbound leads and are not comfortable picking up the phone cold, this probably is not the right fit. What You Will Do: - Cold outreach via phone, email, and DM to prospective clients in the U.S. - Follow up on inbound leads generated through our Meta ad campaigns. - Conduct discovery and sales calls via Zoom. - Manage your pipeline inside GoHighLevel (CRM). - Close new client accounts and hit a minimum target of 4 per month. - Report on your own activity and results - no hand-holding here. What We Are Looking For: - Excellent spoken and written English - you will be on the phone and Zoom with U.S. business owners daily. - Comfortable with cold outreach - this is non-negotiable. - Self-managed and accountable - you set your schedule, you hit your numbers. - Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a big plus). - Minimum 2 years in a sales or client-facing role. - Familiarity with the U.S. market and business culture.
