Requirements and responsibilities

OVERVIEW: We’re seeking an experienced Firewall Delivery Engineer based in Latin America to support US enterprise customers. Advanced English (C1) is mandatory to ensure effective communication with clients, as you will be delivering large-scale firewall deployments, migrations, and security integrations. Job Type: Full–Time / Remote from LATAM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deployment & Migration: Lead deployment, migration, and optimization of enterprise firewall solutions. - Configuration: Configure, validate, and troubleshoot firewall platforms across global environments. - Policy Management: Design and implement security policies, rule-bases, and segmentation strategies. - Cutovers: Support cutover planning, issue resolution, and post-deployment stabilization. - Documentation: Produce technical documentation and work closely with project and customer teams. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - 5+ years of firewall or network security delivery experience. - Proven experience supporting global or large-scale enterprise firewall deployments. - Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills. - Solid understanding of VPN technologies, routing fundamentals, NAT, and HA architectures. PREFERRED SKILLS: - Hands-on experience with: - Palo Alto Networks (PAN-OS, Panorama). - Fortinet FortiGate (FortiOS, FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer). - Cisco ASA/FTD, Firepower Management Center. - Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with automation, policy migration tools, or security optimization platforms. - Relevant certifications: PCNSE, NSE4/5, CCNP Security.
