Our mission is to bring speed, quality, and results to every client--and now we’re ready to bring that same energy to our brand. We need someone who can take the reins on marketing and push our name to the next level.What You’ll Own:Create and manage our Facebook and Instagram business pages from scratchDesign and run high-performing Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads and brand visibilityDevelop our brand identity and ensure it’s consistent across all platformsProduce engaging, on-brand content (graphics, reels, captions, etc.)Track ad performance and continuously optimize for better resultsThink big picture - bringing creative marketing ideas to the table and executing fastWhat We’re Looking For:Strong track record of running Facebook ads with solid ROIAbility to build brand pages and grow a following from the ground upBranding and design experience (you don’t need to be a full graphic designer, but you should know how to make things look clean and professional)A self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged—you run with it and get it doneBonus if you’ve worked with blue-collar, service-based, or B2B industriesWhy Work With UsWe’re building something real and we’re doing it fast.
