Our edge comes from relentless testing, sharp strategy, and execution that actually moves the needle for our clients.As our fully remote Growth Manager, you’ll lead the charge in scaling paid media performance with a heavy focus on Paid Search and Paid Social. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set strategy, own revenue outcomes, and shape how we drive growth for our most ambitious clients.What You’ll DoYou’ll own strategy, performance, and client relationships for 13-18 clients, acting as their day-to-day CMO. You’ll drive real business results across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft and Meta and YouTube– not just manage campaigns.Lead and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid search and social platformsLaunch campaigns, run experiments, and iterate based on performance – fastPromptly respond to clients via Slack, email and other mediumsMeticulously build and optimize campaignsProactively create strategy that is rooted in data and trendsTranslate business goals into testing roadmaps and actionable media plansMonitor performance, proactively troubleshoot, and pivot strategy when neededRegularly present insights and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the Paid Social team managing other channels like Meta and LinkedInCollaborate with analysts, creative strategists, and designers to deliver resultsMaintain airtight project tracking, deadlines, and communications – without being chasedWhat Success Looks LikeHitting or exceeding client KPIs (ROAS, CPSQL, etc.)Strong testing velocity with data-backed iterationClients trust you as a strategic partner and turn to you for guidanceInternal teams trust your ownership – you don’t drop ballsYou flag risks early, bring solutions, and drive resolutionWhat Makes You a FitWe’re not looking for someone who just knows how to launch ads.
