Requirements and responsibilities

Lead the modernization of the QSR Inventory Management ecosystem, owning the strategy, design, and evolution of Recipe Master, inventory lifecycle, supplier ordering, and POS-driven depletion across a multi-unit restaurant environment. Responsibilities include governance of ingredient hierarchies and yields, end-to-end inventory lifecycle optimization, supplier ordering workflows, API-first integrations across POS, ERP, inventory, and analytics platforms, inventory accuracy controls, variance and shrinkage management, cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Supply Chain, Finance & Engineering, vendor governance, and KPI ownership (COGS, waste, inventory turns, system uptime).
