Requirements and responsibilities

A Business Analyst is responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support data-driven decision-making. This role works closely with business teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Key responsibilities: * Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources. * Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. * Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Conduct statistical analysis to support business decisions. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements. * Create data models and maintain data documentation. * Automate data processes and workflows using SQL or scripting languages. * Present insights through visualizations, summaries, and presentations. * Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity across systems. Required skills: * Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases. * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. * Understanding of statistics, data modeling, and data cleaning techniques. * Experience with Python or R (optional but preferred). * Ability to work with large datasets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
