We know this is vital in realizing our shared mission to improve speed to quality mental health care for all. innovaTel is looking for both full and part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) licensed in the state of Oregon who are passionate about our mission of delivering speed to quality mental health care for all. This is a fully remote telehealth position for individuals with experience working with patients across the LIFESPAN in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. We provide a tremendous amount of support to our clinical team and want our clinicians to be able to focus on what’s most important - patient care. Come join our exceptional team! Responsibilities: - Provide effective management of psychiatric care including initial psychiatric evaluations and medication management reviews in accordance with established clinical guidelines - Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) exclusively through the telehealth modality - Uphold clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care - Formulate treatment plans in collaboration with the on-site clinical team, including inter-disciplinary consultation with therapists, case managers, etc. - Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by compliance standards - Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours
