Your journey with us is an invitation to be part of a dynamic team that thrives on design innovation and leaves a lasting imprint on the future of connecting communities digitally. ​​ 🔵 ​​Requirements: ◽ ​​At least five years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. ◽ ​​​​Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. ​​◽ ​​Solid understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes. ◽ ​​​​Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling and intuitive designs. ◽ ​​​​Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts. ◽ ​​​​Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers. ◽ ​​​​Familiarity with web and mobile design trends and responsive design principles. ◽ ​​​​Knowledge of accessibility standards and the ability to create inclusive designs. ◽ ​​​​Capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and multitask effectively. ◽ ​​​​Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality design work. ◽ ​​​​Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). ​​​​🔵 ​​Responsibilities: ​​◽ ​​​​Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define user experience goals. ​​◽ ​​Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior. ​​◽ ​​Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate design concepts. ​​◽ ​​Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and evolving project requirements. ​​◽ ​​Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product. ​​◽ ​​Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices. ​​◽ ​​Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. ​​​​◽ Develop and maintain a design system for consistency and efficiency. ​​◽ ​​Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling promotional materials. ​​◽ ​​Create and maintain design documentation for reference and knowledge sharing. ​​◽ ​​Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative team. ​​◽ ​​Contribute to developing accessible and responsive designs for diverse user needs.​​ ​​ ​​🔵 ​​​​Compensation: ◽ ​​​​At Quiver, we value our team members and believe in providing competitive compensation packages.
