🔵 Requirements:
◽ At least five years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
◽ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
◽ Solid understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
◽ Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling and intuitive designs.
◽ Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
◽ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
◽ Familiarity with web and mobile design trends and responsive design principles.
◽ Knowledge of accessibility standards and the ability to create inclusive designs.
◽ Capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and multitask effectively.
◽ Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
◽ Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
🔵 Responsibilities:
◽ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define user experience goals.
◽ Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior.
◽ Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate design concepts.
◽ Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and evolving project requirements.
◽ Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
◽ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.
◽ Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
◽ Develop and maintain a design system for consistency and efficiency.
◽ Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling promotional materials.
◽ Create and maintain design documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
◽ Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative team.
◽ Contribute to developing accessible and responsive designs for diverse user needs.

◽ At Quiver, we value our team members and believe in providing competitive compensation packages. Our offerings, including base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits, are designed to attract top talent in the SaaS and mobile app development industry.
◽ We regularly update our salary and equity ranges using reliable industry compensation surveys. New hire offers consider factors like experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
→ US employees in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: $85,000 - $100,000/year.
→ US employees outside these areas: $65,000 - $90,000/year.
