The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving Riverbend Consulting’s marketing growth by combining audience insights with data-driven strategies. This role focuses on attracting, converting, and retaining clients through both paid and organic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, social media, and web platforms.
* Manage and optimize advertising performance on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to achieve lead generation and revenue objectives.
* Design, test, and refine landing pages, funnels, and creative assets to improve conversion rates.
* Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to align marketing efforts with Riverbend’s growth objectives.
* Use AI tools to enhance content creation, audience research, and campaign optimization.
* Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using HubSpot and Google Analytics.
* Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platform updates, and automation tools that improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in B2B or e-commerce environments.
* Proven track record of achieving measurable growth through paid acquisition and conversion optimization.
* Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and attribution models.
* Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing analytics platforms.
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Midjourney for marketing purposes.
* Excellent written and spoken English, with experience communicating with U.S.-based clients preferred.
* Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple campaigns across time zones.

Contract Details:
* Remote contractor role.

* Works in U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours (9 a.m.–6 p.m., flexible).
