Lume is a 5-year-old fast growing ecommerce deodorant and personal care brand that’s transforming the way that humans do hygiene. They joined forces with Harry’s, another disruptive brand with great people and infrastructure, to accelerate their growth. They are a team of self-starters that roll up their sleeves and get it done. Their style is collaborative and very fast-paced so an adaptive personality is a must. Lume is looking for a Supply Chain Senior Associate to join their team! The Supply Chain team at Lume works with both external contract manufacturers and cross functional partners to develop production plans, optimize inventory and ensure high customer fulfillment rates. Additionally, the team is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, including product development, supplier relationships and inbound freight to their fulfillment centers. This role will support sourcing for all In Store Merchandising projects and will help set the strategy for scaling this category. Responsibilities: - Work with cross-functional teams such as Retail and Design to execute on In-Store Merchandising projects - Lead cross-functional projects and routinely present metrics, recommendations and operational considerations to the senior team of Lume to inform the company’s strategy for In Store Merchandising - Lead negotiations with current & future suppliers to support our business objectives (budget compliance, cost saving opportunities, etc.) - Align the operations strategy around sourcing and identify & qualify new suppliers - Manage performance of suppliers through day to day collaboration, quarterly business reviews and long term planning sessions
