Remote | Part-time (20 hrs/week) | Contract We are looking for a Virtual Assistant focused on Sales and Customer Service to support our Virtual Marketing Director. This client-facing, lead-driven role involves handling incoming leads, engaging prospects confidently, and providing responsive support to ensure no opportunity is missed. Key Responsibilities * Lead and Prospect Management: * Respond promptly to new leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, or CRM. * Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls. * Keep CRM and databases updated. * Client and Customer Support: * Answer inquiries with a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone. * Provide service and product information. * Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel. * Sales Support: * Draft proposals and send follow-up messages. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. * Support basic reporting on lead status and sales pipeline. * Administrative Tasks: * Manage calendars and appointments. * Organize meetings and send invites. * Track and report client interactions. Requirements * Minimum of 2 years in customer service, inside sales, or virtual assistance. * Extroverted, persuasive, and confident communicator (English C1 required). * Comfortable making and receiving calls and engaging directly with prospects. * Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. * Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). * Tech-savvy and proactive. Nice to Have * Background in healthcare, consulting, or professional services. * Light marketing support skills (social media scheduling, basic email campaigns). * Canva or basic design and editing abilities.
