Responsibilities

Responsibilities - Run scheduled benchmarks and golden-gate evaluations in staging, enforce evaluation thresholds, track drift and cost, and complete the entity-agent pipeline with instrumentation-based throughput and cost models. - Build swappable evidence adapters with replayable stores, measured lift, per-vendor kill switches and at least two sources per shape. Deploy agents onto the Agentic Platform with ingest adapters, rollback paths and synchronized implementations. - Build self-service review, tagging, blast-radius and batch tools for researchers and product managers; maintain classifier, hub and judge deployments and measure cost, latency and version quality with proactive alerts. Role context - Build production machinery for entity agents in Core Data, working with engineering and evaluation partners to make agent operation and releases scalable and accessible to non-engineer operators. - Experience with B2B company or contact data, identity or registry data, or entity resolution at scale Experience with Claude or comparable frontier models, agent frameworks, and eval harnesses Experience deploying agents onto an internal agent platform or orchestration layer Background at an AI-native startup, a forward-deployed or applied AI team, or a data infrastructure company - Value shipping, test-backed releases, replaceable platform components, data judgment, persistence and teamwork. - Report to the Senior Manager of Product for Core Data, with a Principal AI Engineer as technical lead, partnering across product, research, platform and data engineering. Additional requirements - Bring 5+ years of software engineering experience including at least 2 years shipping production LLM systems with agents, tool use, retrieval, structured output and evaluation harnesses. Have strong Python and TypeScript and be comfortable across API, batch and small internal web interfaces. - Bring experience building replayable, idempotent and observable platforms for others; understand data pipelines, entity resolution and false versus missed matches. Demonstrate prototype-to-production delivery against tests/benchmarks, cost/latency instrumentation and the ability to unblock work in a distributed organization. Benefits - Benefits include comprehensive coverage and programs for mental, physical and lifestyle well-being. Other job terms - The source lists US base salary of $171,500–$269,500 USD without a pay period.
