We're hiring a Product Manager, Customer Delivery to scale the operating layer for longevity medicine.This is a customer-facing product role, partnering closely with engineering to turn complex clinical workflows into software that delivers meaningful value for the clinics we serve.At iksa, you'll work directly with leading providers pushing the segment forward, take on genuinely hard product and technical problems, and have room to grow well beyond the role as the company scales.The person we're looking for has 8–10 years in product, real technical depth, startup experience, strong communication, and good product taste. Healthcare experience is a strong plus.The role is remote and global, with flexible US working hours.
