The project focuses on using Pega to automate the matching of prior authorizations/service authorizations to provider-submitted claims, reducing manual review.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance Pega applications supporting healthcare claims automation.Build workflows to automate prior authorization/service authorization and claim matching.Develop Pega rules, case types, integrations, UI components, and business logic.Support integrations with claims, authorization, eligibility, and provider systems.Work with robotics/automation components to reduce manual claims review.Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.Troubleshoot application and integration issues.Work with business analysts, QA, architects, and healthcare domain teams.Create technical documentation and support production implementation.Required/Preferred QualificationsStrong hands-on Pega development experience.Experience with Pega workflows, rules, integrations, and case management.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs or similar enterprise integrations.Healthcare payer experience strongly preferred.Knowledge of claims processing, prior authorizations/service authorizations, and eligibility highly desirable.QNXT experience is a strong plus.Experience with Pega robotics/RPA or other automation technologies preferred.Experience with testing, deployment, and production support.Ability to work effectively in an Agile/enterprise development environment.
