Forward-Deployed Engineer - Remote – Europe/London 🌍Love solving messy real-world problems at the intersection of engineering, product and operations? This role could be for you!You’ll embed with teams, turn manual freight workflows into automated (and increasingly AI-powered) solutions, and ship measurable outcomes.What you’ll doEmbed with operations to understand complex supply-chain workflowsTranslate loosely defined problems into working technical solutionsTurn spreadsheets & manual decisions into platform logic that can be automated (and later handled by AI)Build & deploy prototypes → production featuresWhat we’re looking for (both roles)Strong software / platform engineering experienceComfort with modern languages, cloud, and AI-assisted development toolsOwnership mindset and ability to work with ambiguityGenuine interest in freight tech and solving real operational problems🛑 No recruitment agencies
