I am a Systems Engineer with a strong foundation in software development, technical support, and cybersecurity, currently transitioning towards a career as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on Back-End technologies.
In my role as a Technical Support Specialist at El Abejero, I have gained hands-on experience solving technical issues, providing customer-oriented solutions, activating and managing Office products, and using remote assistance tools like AnyDesk. This has strengthened my problem-solving skills, adaptability, and communication with end users.
Beyond support, I have developed freelance projects where I built applications and web solutions using technologies such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, SQLite, and Jetpack Compose. I also have experience with React, Django, WPF, Nest.js, and Node.js, along with knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud basics in AWS.
