With over than 30 years of experience in mining companies and over 2,000 hours per year leading professional project management implementation. With an extensive experience in different roles like Manager, Project Director, Portfolio and Program Management for Operational Excellence services in mining, chemical, transport, and energy industries. Responsible of design, development and delivery of large and medium size projects in business process improvement and asset reliability, including greenfield and brownfield facilities. Has held a large experience in supervisory roles in different companies, achieving agile results in process improvement, operational excellence, and lean management. Has worked in more than 12 operations and facilities, 6 for large mining companies (BHP, KGHM International, Anglo American, Codelco, AMSA and Molymet). Between other he was responsible for the technology strategy implementation in Sierra Gorda greenfield project and the design the information management project execution plan and deliver the technology operational readiness plan to Anglo American Quellaveco project. At Quellaveco greenfield mine project, was responsible to provide the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and the Technology Operational Readiness Plan (ORP) to implement and adopt the first Anglo-American ´s Digital Mine technology framework including the services, facilities, telecommunications, systems, for a Operational and Integrated Management Center. Digital mine included digitalisation and integration with autonomous hauling and drilling and provide different technologies and solutions from the Mine to Port and Level 2 to 4 of ISA95, integrating data sources and systems to connect the OT environment with IT Corporate Business and ERP. Four programs were defined including several technologies for Infrastructure -Hosting, Networking with CISCO and mobile Data Centers; Virtual reality with Siemens technology and OSIsoft PI System Historian and Analytics solutions; Enterprise system including work management, plant maintenance with SAP; and Sustainability solution for Health, Security and Environment systems. Also in the experience includes solution design engineer and subject matter expert integrating real-time data from MIMS, PIMS, LIMS, MES and ERP to support the operational decision-making process in OT and IT environment, based-on ISA88 / ISA95 process and integration technology standards.
