I worked at HP as a Premier Support Consultant for HP ALM, also for a year and a half I managed two premiers (Top business accounts) accounts on HP (Jeppesen-Boing/GMC). In my time working with ALM I was promoted to L2 engineer and soon after my role changed to NASE (Named Account Support Engineer). In this new role, I provided consultant services to premium accounts as a dedicated resource. The position was: Design and implement upgrade plans and customizations, advising and managing the integration between ALM and other HP tools and CI/CD applications. alongside my technical expertise in ALM, I was also trained on various HP tools such as HP PC, HP UFT and HP LoadRunner in order to provide a better user experience for the customer.
