While my primary role has been in customer service, I’ve had several opportunities to contribute to marketing efforts, especially in areas where customer engagement and communication overlap with marketing objectives. For example, I’ve assisted in promoting new banking products and services by proactively informing customers during interactions—both in-person and via digital channels—about offerings such as savings plans, loan options, and mobile banking features. I also collaborated with the marketing team to gather customer feedback and insights from frontline interactions. This information was used to shape more targeted campaigns and improve the messaging for different customer segments. Additionally, I supported customer onboarding by explaining product benefits clearly and encouraging customers to sign up for digital services and loyalty programs. This experience has sharpened my ability to align customer service with marketing goals, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces the bank’s value proposition and drives customer retention and product adoption.
