I have 16 years of experience as QA Engineer with great experience in frontend and backend, creating solutions and frameworks to reduce testing time providing assistance in development, infrastructure, implementing CI/CD under agile methodologies. During my career I have also gained experience as IT Support, Network Support (Configuration, Infrastructure, debug), System Administrator (Debug system, root causes, resources management, configuration, process) DBA support (creating Backups, SP Creation, Jobs, Debugging) and IT Coordinator (elaborating objective plans, achievements plans, ITIL process, guiding by objectives and verifying them, incentives for co-workers). I have good knowledge of databases like MySQL, SQL, DynamoDB and MongoDB and scripting languages like Java, JS, C#, Groovy.
