In my role as a Customer Service representative, I initially served as a Secretary and later transitioned into the management of the EAD (Remote Students). I was responsible for the administrative functions, including the digitization of files, tracking attendance, and ensuring student retention through various communication channels such as e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp, and the student portal/ava platform. My focus was on enhancing the student experience and providing comprehensive support. Additionally, I contributed to marketing strategies and campaigns for new courses, which helped to promote our offerings and engage prospective students effectively.
