Responsible to provide support, consultations, and solutions to a complex organization’s units or even the whole department in Latinamerica and Spain. As a senior HR Business Partner, I am responsible to interpret for my Region, the HR strategies, policies, guidelines, and programs for the HR specialty areas like employee rewards, compensations, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and other technical HR duties. A senior HR business partner I am also accountable to serve as a Talent Acquisition Professional for the whole Human Resources department throughout the globe of an organization
