Right now I'm working as a Contractor for Pagerduty, we provide support to one of they application "Rundeck Automation". We work for many customer around the world, we use Salesforce for the cases,Jira for bugs and Uservoice for the enhancement requests.Also, we used AWS,GCP and Azure that are the most popular Cloud for clients.We have meetings with customers. We help to choose the correct instance shape,we help to customize and fix errors. We report bugs and feature requests. We used "SQL, Postgresl, Oracle, mariadb" databases for the application. Sometimes we need to scripting using bash or python, this is depends on the client. I used sometimes some IA assistant for coding.
