Mario Rodriguez is a software engineer and startup co-founder specialized in artificial intelligence and web/mobile development. He leads Arivey, a SaaS platform recognized by the AWS Build Accelerator 2023 and the Founder Institute Toronto 2024, and also collaborates at Hanson Robotics as a software engineer and operator of Sophia The Robot, spearheading multi-agent cognitive systems.
He holds a Master's degree in Optimization and Applied Computation from Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM), where he graduated with honors and developed a Mexican Sign Language recognition system.
His work in artificial intelligence has resulted in ten successful AI/ML projects at Omdena (2021-2023), where he led ten AI/ML projects collaborating with organizations like Seedstars, Katapult Accelerator, and Acrobat Ventures.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and holds certifications from MIT Professional Education (Leading Digital Transformation), IBM (Data Science Specialization), AWS (Generative AI, MLOps Engineering), among others.
He has been awarded the CONAHCYT Full Funded Scholarship, secured third place in the Cohere Thanksgiving Hackathon 2023, second place in Techstars Startup Weekend Blockchain Mexico 2022, and served as the Curator of the Global Shapers Community Cancun Hub (2023-2024), an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
His interests include human-computer interaction, multi-agent systems, exponential ecosystems, particularly in AI and entrepreneurship.
