It was an outbound sales position for a real state
company for real state wholesaling, I had to call CEOs, CFOs, and COOs, explain our services to them and get them to set a second call with one of our senior agents from the US. Then I was raised to account supervisor, where my duties included hiring new agents, training them, setting weekly and monthly goals, providing feedback for low-performance agents, setting specific goal paths for all the agents, reporting directly to the client, meeting with the client to discuss any changes and firing agents.
