On the occasion of the XIV meeting of Young Researchers: The research is based on a study conducted at the Universidad Centroamericana on the knowledge that members of this center of studies (students, teachers and administrative staff) have of the chemical influence of food on health, in order to make a diagnosis supported by the findings found. The research focuses on the knowledge of macro and micronutrients such as carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and vitamins.
