I am Manuel Rivas, a professional with experience in the gastronomic sector and customer service. Throughout my career, I have held roles as a Manager at La Panera Rosa and Cerveceria Valk Garage.
My experience has allowed me to develop strong skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and cash management using Maxirest System. Additionally, I have been responsible for supervising and coordinating teams, as well as managing inventory control and supplier management. I have also overseen the opening and closing of establishments, ensuring efficient operations during each workday.
Currently, I am a student of Architecture at the University of Buenos Aires, where I am acquiring new knowledge and skills to complement my experience.
