Currently, I am working at Honey as their outsourced Back Office Support, whose main task is to give support to Honey's long list of merchants, products and services while being innovative, creative, solution- and goal-oriented and always doing our best to deliver the top-tier merchant and user experience at any given time, ensuring our users and merchants are provided with a world-class experience at Honey. We do this by giving first-hand support to internal teams at Honey and by also supporting processes from setting up and integrating stores to solving and alleviating different merchant issues(suspension, termination, rejection, cancellation, migration etc.) in order to capture additional revenue.
