I am looking for the opportunity to work in a company that allows me to show my talents. I am self-taught, I usually learn very fast and I like helping others whenever they need help. I am always active and like working in a young but professional environment with good vibes only!

Over the years, I have honed my skills and gained a deep understanding of content moderation and customer engagement. My journey in moderation began when I worked as a Social Media Agent, assisting customers through various channels, including social media platforms, calls, and text messages. My responsibilities also encompassed moderating user comments and ensuring a positive and safe online environment for the community. This role gave me a strong foundation in customer service and moderation principles.

My moderation journey continued as I joined a video game company, where I undertook the responsibility of moderating a wide array of content, including audio, images, videos, chats, and user accounts. My vigilance in maintaining a safe and welcoming community environment for kids and parents led to successful outcomes in terms of user satisfaction and safety.

My journey eventually brought me to ModSquad, where I expanded my moderation repertoire by working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Genesys, and Gorgias. This experience broadened my understanding of customer support and enhanced my proficiency in handling various moderation tasks efficiently.
One of my most rewarding experiences at ModSquad was moderating videos for a streaming app designed for children. This project required a meticulous approach to ensure age-appropriate content, reflecting my dedication to maintaining a secure online space for all users. Additionally, I had the privilege of moderating content for a video streaming service, where I further honed my skills in content evaluation and enforcement of community guidelines.

In my roles, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to upholding the highest standards of moderation, ensuring a safe and enjoyable online experience for users.
