Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse industries, including telecommunications, passport issuance, payment card systems, digital identification, and IT service monitoring.
My expertise includes DEVOPS, CI/CD, cloud support, KPI,KQI, and SLA management, ensuring high operational efficiency and system reliability.
My technical proficiency spans Linux and Windows OS, Oracle DB, AWS Cloud Support, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2 DB and virtualization platforms. I have extensive experience in installing, implementing, managing, and supporting Entrust Datacard and IBM technology architectures, as well as handling operational incident support.
