During my internship in the “Comunales a la Obra” program of the Secretariat of Participation and Social Development, I formulated and executed a social investment project, preparing and managing its budget, as well as financial and economic reports. I ensured compliance with government regulations and accounting standards (GAAP), applying methodologies such as the logical framework and MGA. I used Tableau and Excel for data analysis and visualization, strengthening accountability, resource management efficiency, and evidence-based decision-making.
