As a Biometric Technical Support Engineer, I was responsible for the maintenance and support of Fingerprint, Facial, and Iris Biometric Identification Systems for clients across the Mexican Republic and Federal Accounts. This included overseeing local facilities of specialized stations for forensic experts and fingerprints, as well as providing on-site assistance to resolve issues with identification systems such as Telscan, Digiscan, LAW, Fullscan, and MorphoRapID. My role required strong teamwork and team coordination skills, particularly in high-pressure situations, where I demonstrated a commitment to responsibility and effective service delivery. Additionally, I supported the strategic technology execution of biometric solutions, ensur
