I am a professional with solid experience in data analytics, data science, automation and bioinformatics, with an advanced technical focus and results-oriented strategic skills.
My areas of expertise include:
- Automation with Python: Creating Python scripts for automating daily tasks in a real estate company, optimizing workflows and increasing operational efficiency.
- Predictive Modeling and Machine Learning: Development of models for stroke prediction using Random Forest, SVM and Neural Networks, applying advanced analysis techniques in Python and R.
- Databases and Relational Design: Creation of databases in MySQL and design of relationship diagrams for an efficient and organized data structure.
- Bioinformatics and Genomic Sequencing: During my master's degree, I led the first hepatitis C virus genome sequencing project, which included handling raw sequencing data, genome assembly, phylogeny construction and advanced analysis with BEAST. This work culminated in the publication of the genome (NCBI Accession: ON676559).
