Thanks to that work, I have structured datasets on platforms such as Hugging Face. I have experience as a support specialist working for different US-based companies.
To support my studies, I'm currently working as a dispatch coordinator at Pinkbot. Through the company’s technology, I track orders, coordinate couriers, monitor delivery milestones, and manage real-time communication between drivers, merchants, and customers.
