I am Alberto Zarraga, student of Systems Engineering at the Universidad Privada Domingo Savio. I have work experience in web development, customer service and administration, standing out for my ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
In my current job in a supermarket, I perform multiple roles in customer service, including cashier, bakery, cooler and stocker, demonstrating skills in customer service, teamwork and adaptability.
Previously at SISCAM Bolivia, I had a wide range of responsibilities, from camera installation to software development. In particular, I led the development of new software for a gas station and worked on updating existing motel-oriented software, as well as managing client communication and basic network configuration.
During my internship at Corporación Incerpaz, I developed a system using PHP and Laravel for industry management. I have also worked in web design at Wodersoft and in administrative and customer service roles at the university.
I am currently taking English classes to get an intermediate level and I have certifications in teamwork, HTML and CSS. My technical skills include Laravel, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL and SQL Server, along with soft skills such as effective communication, teamwork and the ability to learn quickly.
